Dear leader,
I do the best I can to hold myself to a simple principle: Rise, Raise & Remain!
Rise above the challenge before me.
Raise others around me by supporting and encouraging them.
Remain resolute in my determination to hold the standard and to improve and progress personally.
Will you?
It may be a simple principle, but it is not easy. I fail often, but will I rise up and try again with deliberation, determination, and discipline. When I succeed, I use that triumph to encourage, energise and embolden my confidence for the next test.
Be willing to Rise above challenges, troubles or pressures that threaten to drag you down. Whether difficult trial, disparaging remark, troublesome thought or deviant action, Rise above it.
Be willing to Raise those around you above those same issues. Help them find courage and strength to Rise and Remain above those threats that can drag us down and drown us.
Being willing to Remain in the pursuit of excellence by adjusting relapses, avoiding reversions, and not accepting regressions.
Hold the standard, set the example, and take the lead!
